1. Introduction

Welcome to Viralyou.ai, a proprietary software platform developed and operated by Snow Media Productions LLC, headquartered at 1451 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. These Terms of Service, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Snow Media Productions LLC. By accessing or using any part of the Viralyou.ai website or services, including any related applications, systems, or tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Snow Media reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Scope of Service

Viralyou.ai is intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By creating an account, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms and to use the services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. The platform is available globally, but Snow Media Productions LLC does not guarantee that its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. Any access or use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of Viralyou.ai, you must create an account using your email address or by authenticating through supported third-party services such as Facebook or Google. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Snow Media Productions LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information or unauthorized access resulting from your negligence. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Service Structure and Subscription Plans

Viralyou.ai offers a freemium model, whereby users may generate one (1) script at no cost. Subsequent access to the platform's script-generating features requires enrollment in a paid subscription, either on a monthly basis at $30 USD or annually at $180 USD. All subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are subject to automatic renewal unless explicitly cancelled prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for partial use or early termination of subscriptions. Snow Media Productions LLC reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription structures with prior notice to existing subscribers. Continued use of the platform after notice of pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

5. AI Content, Accuracy, and Limitations

The core functionality of Viralyou.ai relies on artificial intelligence to generate social media video scripts based on the user's inputs and responses. While we strive to offer useful, creative, and personalized outputs, Snow Media Productions LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, relevance, or fitness of the content produced. Users should exercise independent judgment before relying on or publishing any AI-generated content. Under no circumstances shall the platform or its operators be liable for any damages, reputational harm, or losses resulting from the use or dissemination of such content. You understand and agree that the platform may store and review inputs to enhance system performance.

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Viralyou.ai platform for any unlawful, malicious, or deceptive purposes. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: generating defamatory, abusive, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content; attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the software; using automated tools or bots to access the platform; and violating the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights. Snow Media Productions LLC reserves the right to monitor user activity, investigate violations, and terminate accounts found to be in breach of these terms without prior notice. We also reserve the right to report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Data Collection and Privacy Practices

Viralyou.ai collects certain personal information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, Instagram handle (optional), and the text inputs you provide to the AI system. This information is used to personalize your experience, improve platform performance, and maintain service quality. We use cookies to authenticate users and to track session data; use of cookies is mandatory for platform access. All collected data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties, except in the limited case of storing emails on Flodesk, an email communication tool controlled by Snow Media Productions LLC. Our complete privacy practices are detailed herein as part of this Policy.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

All user-generated data, including prompt history and AI-generated content, may be stored indefinitely for the purposes of maintaining service functionality, improving model training, and internal analytics. Users may request account deletion and associated data removal by sending an email to admin@iamsarahsnow.com. While we will make every reasonable effort to comply with such requests in a timely manner, some residual data may remain archived for legal compliance or analytical purposes. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely to improve overall platform efficiency and learning outcomes without compromising individual privacy.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Viralyou.ai platform, including but not limited to its codebase, design, branding, user interface, AI models, and related systems, are owned and operated by Snow Media Productions LLC. Users retain the right to use and distribute the AI-generated scripts they produce, provided that such use does not infringe upon our proprietary technology or branding. Under no circumstances may any part of the platform be reproduced, licensed, copied, resold, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of Snow Media Productions LLC. Unauthorized use of platform elements constitutes a violation of intellectual property law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in suspicious activity, or otherwise poses a risk to the integrity of our platform or community. Such termination may occur with or without prior warning and may result in loss of data and access to the service. No refunds will be issued in connection with terminated subscriptions. If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact admin@iamsarahsnow.com for review. However, Snow Media Productions LLC retains sole discretion in deciding whether to reinstate access.
